They have a strong ethos around staff well-being and customer service and they are looking for someone who will share this outlook and grow and develop with the practice. The firm is small but innovative and fast growing with a family feel. They are looking for someone who will be proactive with clients and be able to manage junior members of the team There are bonuses in place including a profit share and there are opportunities to become a partner within the next 5 years Clients are all SMEs who appreciate the more personal touch, they range from start-up businesses to companies of around £10 million turnover, from varying sectors.
