This is a hands-on role focused on supporting and developing enterprise storage services that underpin critical business systems. You''ll work across operational support, storage migrations, infrastructure delivery, automation, and continual service improvement within a highly regulated enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities Support and maintain enterprise storage platforms and associated infrastructure. Deliver storage migration and data movement activities. Investigate and resolve storage, capacity, performance, and availability issues. Contribute to infrastructure projects, upgrades, and platform improvements. Develop automation and operational efficiencies through scripting and tooling. Produce technical documentation and support operational best practices. Participate in a 24x7 on-call rota and occasional out-of-hours change activity. Essential Experience Strong hands-on experience supporting enterprise storage environments. Experience with Dell EMC PowerScale / Isilon. Experience with Pure Storage platforms. Experience administering Cisco MDS SAN environments. Storage migration and enterprise data movement experience.
