HR GeneralistHickstead (On-site, 5 days per week)c£35,000 per annumFull-time, Monday to FridayAbout the RoleWe are partnering with a growing organisation to recruit a hands-on HR Generalist to take ownership of the HR function on a standalone basis.This is a broad and varied role where you will support the full employee lifecycle while acting as a trusted point of contact for managers and employees. You''ll work closely with senior stakeholders and have support from an external HR consultant, giving you the opportunity to develop your experience across both operational and advisory HR. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working autonomously in a true generalist capacity, combining HR administration, employee relations, and process improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee RelationsAct as the first point of contact for all HR queriesSupport and advise managers on ER matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performanceAssist with investigations and ensure fair, consistent outcomesHR Operations and AdministrationManage day-to-day HR operations across the businessMaintain employee records and ensure compliance with GDPRProduce employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentationRecruitment and OnboardingCoordinate recruitment activity end-to-endSupport hiring managers through the recruitment processManage onboarding and deliver inductionsEmployee Lifecycle ManagementOversee probation processes and employee changesSupport leavers, including exit ..... full job details .....
