Working within a friendly and supportive team, you will manage your own developing caseload of private client matters, advising clients on wills, lasting powers of attorney, probate, estate administration and Court of Protection matters. You will meet with clients both in the office and at their homes or care settings, prepare legal documentation, submit applications to the probate registry and manage matters through to completion.
