Sales Support Administrator 28,000 - 30,000 per annumWitham, EssexMonday - Friday, 9am-5pm My client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Sales Support Administrator to support their sales operations function. Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, the role is key to ensuring the smooth processing of customer quotations, sales orders and supplier purchase orders through to delivery.Working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams, you will help maintain accurate order information, support delivery timelines and provide a high level of administrative and customer service support. This role suits someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Prepare and issue customer quotations in a timely manner, including sourcing supplier pricing and applying customer-specific pricing agreements.Follow up with customers via telephone regarding open quotations to support order conversion and customer engagementMaintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecast data, ensuring the integrity of pipeline reporting and customer opportunity trackingProvide high level administrative support to the Sales TeamCreate and maintain part numbers within company systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrityProcess supplier purchase orders from order entry through to receipt of goods, ensuring accuracy and timely processingProactively monitor supplier ..... full job details .....
