Drivers with a full UK driving license are preferred and you must be willing to travel between the two services.In this role you will motivate and inspire your team to provide outstanding support through effective training, coaching, and leading by example.You will work alongside the Service Manager to help lead and manage the services supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, behaviors that challenge and epilepsy.
