This role is critical to the efficient and safe running of paint operations and requires strong leadership, a hands-on approach, and a commitment to continuous improvement.The successful candidate will support the Services Manager in overseeing paint production, ensuring health and safety standards are met, and delivering successfully against the client''s paint shop deadlines. You will help drive operational performance, support staff development, and ensure smooth transitions across production stages.The paint activities will entail spraying large rolling stock vehicles, and so therefore experience in working with large paint application processes is a must. Responsibilities Uphold and enforce Health and Safety standards throughout all areas of production while ensuring the right paint quality standards are delivered Support the delivery of performance targets across all paint production. Record and report near misses, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions. Ensure strict adherence to Health and Safety procedures across all departments.
