Having experienced significant expansion in recent years, the organisation is investing heavily in strengthening its internal finance function and is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to play a pivotal role in that journey. Working closely with business owners and senior leadership, you will become a key member of the finance team, helping to build scalable processes, improve reporting and provide meaningful financial insight to support commercial decision-making. Your new role As Management Accountant, you will take ownership of the finance function across multiple entities within the group. This is a broad and hands-on position, offering significant autonomy and exposure to senior stakeholders. Key responsibilities will include: Producing accurate monthly management accounts across multiple companies Preparing profit and loss accounts, balance sheets and supporting reconciliations Managing month-end processes, including accruals, prepayments and journals Producing cash flow forecasts, budgets and working capital analysis.
