Residential Conveyancer

to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional with a solid background in residential conveyancing to manage a manageable caseload of 30-40 files. You will be part of a supportive team, working alongside three other fee earners, with a focus on a wide variety of residential property matters.This role offers the opportunity to work independently, while benefiting from the support of the team. The firms client base is largely built on repeat business and referrals, so youll have the chance to work with clients who value high-quality service.Key Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of 30-40 residential conveyancing files, covering a range of property transactions such as sales, purchases, and remortgages.Work independently on cases, progressing them from instruction through to completion while providing regular updates to clients.Collaborate with a small team of fee earners to share knowledge and support each other when required.Maintain excellent communication with clients, ensuring that expectations are met and that the transaction runs smoothly.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including SRA, CQS, and Lexcel standards.Meet fee income and chargeable hours targets, contributing to the firms overall objectives.Manage cases effectively, ensuring that all records are up to date and deadlines are adhered to.Take responsibility for your own caseload while benefiting from team support and resources.Key Skills and Experience:Demonstrable experience in residential conveyancing with a strong understanding of property law and procedures.Ability to manage 30-40 files independently, balancing a varied caseload effectively.Excellent client care skills with a proven track record of building strong client relationships.A proactive, solution-driven approach to problem-solving.Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office.Ability to work well in a team environment while also taking ownership of your caseload.Knowledge of SRA regulations and the conveyancing process is essential.Whats on Offer:Competitive salary ,A supportive team environment where you can thrive.Opportunities for professional development and progression within the firm.The chance to work in a firm that values client relationships, with a focus on repeat business and referrals.How to Apply:If you are an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking to work in a supportive team environment with a focus on high-quality service, we would love to hear from you.
