We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a major modular hospital extension project at Wycombe Hospital.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile healthcare construction scheme, taking responsibility for the successful planning, coordination, and execution of the project from site through to completion.
The Role
Working on-site Monday to Friday, you will lead the project team, ensuring the programme is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the key point of contact across stakeholders, subcontractors, and site teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of a modular hospital extension project.
- Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
- Drive programme performance to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Monitor health & safety compliance across the project.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure works are delivered in line with client expectations.
- Provide regular progress updates and resolve any project risks or issues.
Requirements
Essential
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction sector.
- Previous experience delivering hospital or healthcare construction projects.
- Strong project leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Desirable
- Experience delivering modular construction projects.
- Healthcare live-environment project experience.

- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Initial 6-month contract
- Rate: -400 per day
- IR35 Status: Outside IR35
- Working Pattern: On-site, Monday to Friday
