This is a senior-level role with broad responsibilities across project leadership, account management, and client acquisition. From shaping strategy to ensuring flawless delivery, you will play a pivotal role in building trusted client relationships and driving sustainable growth.Responsibilities

Lead projects end-to-end : from scoping and design through to implementation and measurable results.Develop business opportunities : nurture existing relationships while actively identifying and securing new client engagements.Deliver exceptional client value : act as both a bold problem-solver—bringing fresh, creative approaches to complex challenges—and a trusted partner who listens, empathizes, and supports.Drive innovation : explore new solutions where standard approaches fall short, demonstrating courage and curiosity in ambiguous situations.Inspire and influence : present findings convincingly at all organizational levels, guiding clients and stakeholders toward impactful outcomes.Mentor and collaborate : support the development of consultants within the team, encouraging a culture of excellence, creativity, and delivery.Requirements
