Duties and responsibilities related to the

Sales Coordinator

role

Oversee the daily operations of the sales office, promptly addressing inquiries via phone, email and booking platformsPrepare and distribute sales-related materials including proposals, contracts and invoicesMaintain an organised records of sales activities, client communications, and booking detailsUpdate client appointment notes and follow-up actionsCoordinate invitations and responses for showcases, presentations, and promotional eventsLiaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event logisticsAssist in preparing presentations and reports

About You

Administrative experience or roles in hotel operations and guest services is advantageous. You will have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask and work in collaboration with various stakeholders.
