Hanyman / maintenance engineers - Working across West Surrey 37/42k My client are a mechanical engineering who have been in operation for over 50 years providing mechanical engineering solutions to their diverse portfolio of clients.They currently require X 2 mobile Hanyman / maintenance engineers to work across the surrey region, carrying out the following works with commercial properties : Preferred Skills Set or Experience Painting and Decorating (Primary skill)Carpentry (Internal and external)Plaster RepairsRoofing RepairsFlat Roof Repairs (Basic lead work only)ConcretingBrickwork RepairsExternal door and window replacementsEmergency glazingMinor plumbing repairsFencing (Panels and posts) Delivering maintenance and repairs for a prestigious client in the Surrey area. The operative will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of commercial and civic buildings and some sheltered housing.Requirements : Trade Qualifications Required (NVQ / City and Guilds Level 2 / 3)IPAF and/or PASMA desirable Please note engineers must be okay with working outside of West Surrey in Sussex and London on rare occasions.
