Lead and manage a B2B field sales team of approximately 6 people in the South East.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.Recruit, train and mentor B2B sales staff.Collaborate with the Credit Protection Association’s B2B credit management package offerings to improve cashflow for client businesses.Qualifications

Proven history in recruitment, training and management of B2B field sales teams.Strong drive, leadership, and the ability to build and sustain a high-performing sales team.Screening questions
