Location: Grangemouth
Duration: Approx. 4 weeks initially, with the potential to extend

Standard Week:
Monday - Thursday
07:00 - 17:15

Outage Period:
Monday - Saturday
07:00 - 17:00 / 17:15

Pay Rates:

Basic: -15.83/hr
OT1: -23.75/hr
OT2: -31.66/hr
Hourly Bonus: -2.45/hr
Proficiency Bonus: -4.44/hr

Expected Earnings:

Standard Week (Mon-Thu): Approx. -860900 gross
Outage Week (Mon-Sat): Approx. -1,450 gross

*Bonus payments are linked to attendance and timekeeping.

In Simple Terms

-22.72/hr - First 39 hours worked Monday to Thursday
-30.64/hr - Any hours worked after 39 hours Monday to Friday, plus the first 4 hours on Saturday
-38.55/hr - Any Saturday hours after the first 4 hours, plus all Sunday hours

Standard week - 39 hours

Outage Week - 61 Hours
