Initially will be a resourcing on behalf of senior consultantInterviewing field sales professionals from the construction industry to establish their requirements and motives for their next field sales opportunityMatching up relevant candidates for clients\'' requirements and vice versaWorking on a constant source of fresh sales opportunities, typically 10 new sales vacancies a weekOnce up and running, managing the recruitment process right through from arranging initial interviews to 2nd interview and closing job offers on behalf of candidatesUpdating our CRM systemBeing mentored, trained and managed on a daily basisJoining a well-established, experienced and successful teamBased from easily accessible modern offices in the heart of NantwichThe ideal applicant
