Harriet Ellis is a specialist training provider with a strong focus on Dental Nursing apprenticeships, supporting learners to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to build successful careers within dentistry. This is a senior role with responsibility for ensuring that quality is embedded throughout the entire learner journey - from initial assessment and enrolment through to teaching, learning, workplace assessment, progress reviews, gateway, successful completion and End-Point Assessment (EPA). The successful candidate will provide both strategic and operational leadership across quality assurance and improvement, ensuring the organisation maintains robust systems, responds effectively to performance data and continuously improves outcomes and experiences for apprentices and employers. You will have a strong understanding of apprenticeships, Ofsted expectations and quality improvement, and will be confident working with senior leaders, curriculum teams, assessors, employers and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead the organisation''s quality assurance and continuous improvement strategy across apprenticeship provision. Lead the development, implementation and ongoing review of the Self-Assessment Report (SAR) and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
