Residential Support Worker

An opportunity has arisen for a Residential Support Worker to join a well-established provider of residential care services for children and young people. This role can be full-time or part-time, offering a salary up to £13 per hour and benefits.As a Residential Support Worker, you will be supporting young residents with daily living, helping them build confidence and independence in a safe setting.They are looking for multiple candidates.You will be responsible for:Providing day-to-day care and emotional support to children and young peoplePromoting a safe, nurturing, and homely environmentContributing to care planning and recording accurate documentationSupporting educational and recreational activitiesMaintaining cleanliness and household routines, including meal preparationActing as a positive role model and supporting individual developmentWhat we are looking for:Previously worked as a Residential Support Worker, Support Worker, Childcare Worker, Care worker or in a similar role.Experience supporting children or young people, from ages 8-18.1 year experience in children s home is preferred.Must be aged 21 or over due to regulatory requirementsEnhanced DBS and compliance checks required Willing to commuteHours available:Full-time: up to 160 hours per monthPart-time: 31 hours per weekWhat s on offer:Competitive Salary£250 welcome bonusOvertime at enhanced ratesCareer development pathways with personalised training plansFunded diploma qualifications in residential ..... full job details .....
