A mid-tier firm with a low staff turnover that offers excellent career progression opportunities.Your new role As Audit Manager, you will play a crucial role in the practice overseeing and managing audit engagements from planning through to completion. You will manage a portfolio of clients having responsibility for agreeing audit timetables, briefing the audit team, monitoring budgets and supervising the audit process. Your responsibilities will include: overseeing audit assistants'' work, ensuring compliance with client and statutory audit requirements, ensuring the effective and timely delivery of engagements, overseeing and directing the budgeting, planning, co-ordination and control of engagements in accordance with client and statutory audit methodology, ensuring effective service delivery.
