Key Responsibilities of the Chartered Building Surveyor:

• Lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of professional and project services

• Conduct detailed building surveys, inspections, and prepare technical reports

• Provide expert advice on design, construction, maintenance, and compliance

• Manage client relationships and multidisciplinary teams from inception to completion

• Support junior surveyors and contribute to the consultancy''s business development initiatives

Requirements:

• MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor with consultancy experience

• Demonstrable experience delivering high-value projects across varied sectors

• Strong communication and client-facing skills

• Proactive, commercially aware, and collaborative in approach

• Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel for site inspections
