Key Responsibilities: As a Groundworker/Labourer, you will: Support operatives with groundwork, fencing, general labouring duties, and the completion of repair and maintenance work. Work independently and proactively to minimise repeat visits by ensuring repairs are completed correctly the first time wherever possible. Assist with coordinating and arranging the delivery of materials and products required to complete works efficiently. Undertake additional duties across the Delivery Team, including void property works and planned maintenance projects, as required. Maintain lock-ups and storage yards on a weekly basis, following instructions and schedules provided. Participate in Orwell''s on-call rota, responding to emergency repair requests outside of normal working hours as required.
