Work Saturdays, with occasional weekday cover and ad hoc evenings, perfect for chefs who love variety and creativity. At The Brink, you ll be part of a unique, award-winning dry café bar that s a safe, welcoming space for the Recovery Community while serving the general public. It s a place where food, creativity, and community come together, and where your skills can make a real difference. What You ll Be Doing Prep, cook, and serve delicious café dishes and event menus Work independently in the kitchen while maintaining high standards Support volunteers and share your kitchen know-how Keep the kitchen spotless, cleaning, stock rotation, and HACCP records Assist with ordering, stock management, and menu improvements Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service Promote The Brink s services, events, and wellbeing activities Please note this is a casual contract no set working hours or working pattern.
