The company has an overall headcount of about 50 people and fantastic staff retention.Your new roleWorking in the headquarters, managing a small team, reporting to the FD, this role takes overall ownership for monthly reporting, system implementation and process improvement across the company.Duties:Leadership of monthly management reporting processFinancial reporting - production to listed parentOngoing systems improvement work following implementationWorking with auditors at year-endAnnual budgets and forecastsBusiness partnering with divisional stakeholders including non-finance budget holdersWhat you''ll need to succeedYou will need to be a qualified accountant, with experience producing accounts in accordance with IFRS.
