Role Title: Project Manager / Surveyor (Hybrid - Site Based)
Location: Within 1-1.5 hours'' drive of site locations (Hull region)
Salary: Competitive (-50,000 - -53,000 dependent on experience)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time

To manage renewable energy and electrical projects from initial site survey through to completion, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required standards. The role requires strong project management ability, hands-on surveying experience, and technical knowledge of electrical systems to 17th/18th Edition standar

• Proven experience in project or site management
• Qualified to 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
• Ability to carry out and document detailed site surveys
• Strong organisational and leadership skills (ex-military background desirable)
• Good understanding of electrical installation and site operations
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Confident communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams

• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel within 1-1.5 hours of Hull

• Telehandler licence (NPORS / CPCS)
• Path ticket or equivalent site access/authorisation
• Health & Safety qualifications (SMSTS, SSSTS, IOSH or NEBOSH)
• Experience within renewable energy, electrical contracting, or construction sectors

• Disciplined, reliable, and proactive
• Strong problem-solving skills, able to remain calm under pressure
• Mature, professional approach - ideally suited to ex-military or highly experienced candidates
• Hands-on, site-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail
