Support Worker
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Worker to join a lovely children''s service in Lymington. This position requires effective communication skills, the ability to follow care plans, and a willingness to engage with children in a supportive manner. Responsibilities Provide direct support to children and individuals, assisting with daily activities and personal care. Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of each child. Communicate effectively with children, families, and other professionals to ensure a happy and safe environment for children to thrive. Assist with educational activities and encourage participation in social interactions. Maintain accurate records of progress and any changes in behaviour or health. Accompany the children on trips and leisure activities Work with team members to enhance the quality of care provided. Qualifications Previous experience working with children or in childcare settings is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.
