You ll be responsible for leading and supporting electrical maintenance activities, with a key focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence within your area. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the Electrical Craft Team Leader and Team Members to ensure safe, compliant and efficient operations Drive improvements through performance analysis, root cause investigations and preventative maintenance strategies Manage planned maintenance schedules and unplanned fault response, with a proactive approach to reliability and asset care Conduct and encourage regular safety conversations and task reviews, continuously striving for a zero-harm culture Support the implementation of new technologies and optimised working methods across electrical systems and installations Take accountability for the development, competence and succession planning of your team Monitor and maintain compliance with statutory legislation, internal standards and safe systems of work About You HNC qualified in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, or a time-served craftsperson ..... full job details .....
