Acquisition and Design Delivery Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced Acquisition and Design Delivery Manager to lead and coordinate all pre-build site requirements for a major tunnel and infrastructure deployment programme. Reporting to the Delivery Lead, you will manage the Design, Planning and Consents phase (including third-party and Network Rail approvals), ensuring smooth and timely handover into Build, aligned to a challenging Baseline Plan and Budget. The Role Accountable for successful completion of Acquisition, Planning and Design phases Support the Build Project Manager through construction and handover Manage suppliers to deliver against programme milestones and budget Oversee planning applications, third-party consents and Network Rail approvals Ensure compliance with HandS, CDM, ICNIRP and relevant rail standards Maintain accurate programme reporting, forecasting and risk management Identify and mitigate delivery risks and manage change control Provide clear site instructions to internal and external teams Experience and Skills Mobile Telecoms and/or Rail project delivery experience Strong stakeholder and supplier management capability Experience delivering to KPIs, baselines and budgets Commercial awareness and structured reporting approach Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint Comfortable working in complex, regulated environments Personal Attributes Clear, confident communicator Self-sufficient and delivery-focused Able to challenge constructively ..... full job details .....
