They are seeking an Inspection Team Leader (Maternity Leave Cover) What is the Purpose of the Inspection Team Leader? To manage inspection activities during a period of maternity absence. The role involves leading a team of approximately 10 inspectors, ensuring products are inspected accurately, released on time, and shipped to customers in line with production schedules. What are the responsibilities of the Inspection Team Leader? Lead and coordinate a team of inspectors to maintain consistent quality standards. Plan and prioritise inspection work to support production flow and on time customer delivery. Oversee inspection of products against drawings, specifications, and quality requirements. Ensure accurate completion of inspection records, reports, and certification. Act as a point of contact for quality issues, working with production and engineering teams.
