About the role We are looking for an experienced and inspiring Programme Manager to lead and develop our Project Management Office (PMO) function. This is a pivotal role focused on driving organisational change, embedding project management best practice, and empowering teams to deliver successful outcomes. Working closely with senior leaders and colleagues across the organisation, you will champion continuous improvement, strengthen project delivery capability, and ensure our project management systems and governance frameworks support strategic objectives.
