Tallgrass Recruitment is an ambitious and fast-growing specialist recruitment agency focused exclusively on the Freight & Logistics sector across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Macclesfield.

Whether your background is in temporary or permanent recruitment, we want to hear from recruiters who are hungry for success, passionate about building relationships, and motivated by earning excellent commission.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of your own desk, develop long-term client partnerships, and play a key role in the continued growth of our business.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Managing and growing your own recruitment desk.

• Developing new business opportunities and winning new clients.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

• Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates.

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to placement.

• Delivering exceptional service levels to both clients and candidates.

• Working closely with the wider recruitment team to achieve business goals.

• Maintaining accurate records and activity through our CRM system.

• Servicing key accounts and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience within a 360 Recruitment Consultant role.

• Experience within temporary or permanent recruitment.

• Freight & Logistics recruitment experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent organisational and administration abilities.

• Comfortable using CRM systems daily and maintaining accurate records.

• Self-motivated, resilient and target-driven.

• Someone who genuinely wants to build a successful career within recruitment.
