About the role:

• Establishing precise teaching goals and evaluating optimal methods for imparting them to students
• Developing well-organized lesson plans aligned with the KS1/KS2 curriculum
• Providing students with assistance and support using highly effective teaching strategies
• Regularly assessing progress and identifying opportunities for improvement or maintenance

The ideal candidate will:

• Possess recent teaching experience in primary schools
• A degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) are desirable (Unqualified Teachers are also encouraged to apply)
• Demonstrate commitment to teamwork
• Display confidence and adaptability in various environments
• Exhibit strong classroom management skills
