What you''ll do as Reservations and Sales Manager

• Lead all reservation channels - direct, online, and through luxury travel partners



• Curate tailored experiences for VIPs, weddings, exclusive-use guests, and special occasions



• Manage rates and availability across all distribution channelsandnbsp; with a focus on accuracy and strategic revenue delivery.



• Collaborate closely with Sales, Events, and Front of House to ensure a seamless guest journey



• Support hosted press visits and VIP guests, handling logistics with care and discretion



• Own key reporting, revenue summaries, and OTA/commission processes



• Respond to and convert high-value enquiries related to specialisedandnbsp; guest experiences and private bookings.

What you''ll bring as Reservations and Sales Manager

• Strong knowledge of hotel PMS platforms (CLOCK PMS is an advantage),andnbsp; distribution systems, and restaurant diary booking tools



• Proven sales and conversion skills with a warm, luxury-minded approach



• A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to thoughtful, proactive service
