A young and forward-thinking Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking a proactive and outgoing Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team in Cambridge.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor''s role

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a small team of Quantity Surveyor''s where they will work on a range of products across education, research, commercial and leisure.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work directly with clients with a focus on pre-contract, cost management client advisory services such as estimating, cost planning and providing strategic advice to clients throughout the pre-construction phase.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree (or similar)
• Quantity Surveying experience within a PQS / Consultancy Environment
• Pre and post contract experience
• Able to run their own project from start to finish
• Good client facing skills
• Car and driver''s license
