To ensure maximum learning from the team, there is an expectation that 3-4 days are spent within the office days with opportunities to work from home where circumstances allow and an assumed 1 study day per week. Some travel to the site location near Colchester should be anticipated. The apprenticeship will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to work on a new garden community in North Essex.
