The school provides a supportive and positive environment where staff use sensory and trauma-informed approaches alongside personalised communication strategies to help pupils develop their skills and independence.The school is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant on a permanent, term-time-only basis, working 32.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, with other working patterns potentially considered.
