We are seeking a dedicated Permanent Client Manager to join our client''s accountancy firm team in Watford, Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of statutory accounts and other financial reporting requirements. A key aspect of this role involves working extensively with Xero accounting software The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of statutory accounting processes within a Xero environment. They will also possess excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams, ensuring all deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded. Experience in preparing and managing statutory accounts Proficiency in Xero accounting software Previous experience as a Client Manager or in a similar role Manage a portfolio of owner-managed businesses, SMEs and private clients Prepare statutory accounts for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders Prepare corporation tax computations and returns Prepare and review VAT returns, bookkeeping and management accounts Build strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact for day-to-day queries Liaise directly with clients to obtain accounting records and resolve outstanding matters Support clients with cloud accounting software and process improvements Joining this team offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic ..... full job details .....
