to play a key role in managing the preparation and service within the hotel restaurant kitchen.You will report to the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Head Chef working towards running a specific section or station, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of that area,providing our guests with a memorable dining experience.As Demi Chef de Partie you will be responsible for:Organising food preparation according to the businessAssisting with chopping, washing, preparing ingredients, and assembling dishes according to recipes and specificationsKnowledge on managing and training Commis Chefs/ApprenticesAssisting and maintaining the health and safety standard in the kitchenAssisting and maintaining food hygiene standardPreparing, cooking, and presenting according to the quality standardOverseeing and managing a specific section of the kitchen under the direction of the Chef de Partie, Head Chef, ensuring it''s organised and ready for serviceTo be successful in the role of Demi Chef de Partie we require:Preparing, cooking, and presenting good quality dishesLevel 2 NVQ food and preparation diploma or equivalentFood safety level 2Confirmed knowledge of COSHH2 years experience working in a similar positionWorking with Stamford Bridge Hotel provides the following benefits to you:Blue Hub
