What They''re Looking For: Experience in a Resident Liaison Officer or customer service role, ideally within social housing or construction. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a calm, professional manner. Ability to handle sensitive issues with empathy and discretion. Organised, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a wider team. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across sites in North London.
