We are inviting applications for HR Associate for an International Global Bank based in Harrow. This position is to handle day to day HR activities and reporting to the Head of HR .JOB ROLEThis is a generalist role with emphasis on the employee relations. The post holder would be responsible for taking ownership of and managing the end to end HR activities for State Bank of India, London Branch and State Bank of India UK Limited. He/she will be the 1st point of contact for simple ER related matters including employee grievances as well as providing guidance to line management on less complex people related issues including but not restricted to absence management, performance management, succession planning and training and development. The person will also act as an backup to the payroll resource and should have an understanding of payroll and finacle. The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years'' experience as a generalist within a professional services sector.
