We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional to support the day-to-day finance operations across two standout hotels—Sea Containers London on the South Bank and One Hundred Shoreditch in East London.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic finance team within a creative and fast-paced hospitality environment.Key Responsibilities:Process invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently across both propertiesEnsure all payments are made in a timely manner, in line with company policiesReconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies proactivelySupport monthly closing processes and assist with reporting tasksCollaborate with internal departments to ensure correct coding and approvalsMaintain and update supplier records with accuracy and confidentialityAssist with ad-hoc finance projects as requiredSalary: £28,839 p/a service charge, plus benefitsAt Sea Containers London we are committed to giving our employees the skills and support required to deliver extraordinary experiences, and most importantly, to grow in their careers.
