This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified accountant to take the next step in their career, contributing across financial accounting, planning, budgeting, and project management functions. The successful candidate will work closely with the Financial Controller and wider finance team, supporting daily accounting operations as well as preparing and reviewing management information, PandL reports, VAT returns, and statutory accounts. The role also involves supervising and developing junior colleagues, providing both technical guidance and support with their professional exam progression. Key Responsibilities Preparation and review of pension scheme reports and accounts. Manage scheme cashflow reports, delegating and reviewing work of junior colleagues. Prepare for year-end audits, liaising with auditors to ensure smooth completion and timely filing. Produce and review monthly PandL reports and quarterly VAT returns. Support the production and presentation of financial information for the executive committee and Partners, highlighting concerns and key issues.
