Tradewind are recruiting for a Secondary SEN Teacher to join a supportive SEN provision in Barking & Dagenham. This role involves teaching KS3-KS4 pupils with SEMH and ASD, preparing them for GCSEs and functional skills.

The role:

• Deliver tailored lessons across English, Maths and Life Skills

• Use de-escalation strategies and behaviour support plans

• Work closely with the SENCO, therapists and parents

Requirements:

• QTS, preferably with secondary specialism

• Experience teaching SEN / alternative provision

• Strong classroom management and restorative practice approach
