ZS''s Technology Advisory Group ensures our future information, technology, and architectural landscape evolves with our business, balancing future-proofing with innovation and streamlining delivery of business capabilities. This role supports the growth and development of our Technology Advisory Practice within ZS Technology Services.The successful candidate will work closely with practice leadership to evolve our practice, develop assets, build client relationships, generate new business, and provide thought leadership. This role reports to the Executive Director(s) and shares responsibilities with Senior Directors.What Youll Do

Co-lead the growth of the tech advisory and digital architecture practice within ZSSupport leadership in thought development, pipeline growth, relationship building, and practice expansionLead in Technology Consulting, bringing all aspects of tech-enabled transformations to clientsCollaborate with clients and teams to understand problems, identify opportunities, and develop go-to-market strategiesMap processes to architecture blueprints and technology capabilitiesProvide technical expertise with an architectural perspective to solve business challengesOffer a broad view of the enterprise technology landscapeCo-author whitepapers and viewpoints with practice leadersQuickly learn new knowledge with deep digital, tech, and business acumenHelp evolve practice services with market insights and client needsRepresent the practice at firm and executive levels through effective communicationBuild and manage client relationships, pursue new leads, and create proposalsMonitor active leads, inform stakeholders, and manage risksLead and motivate diverse teams, provide coaching, and foster an inclusive environmentMentor junior consultants within the organizationWillingness to travel as neededWhat Youll Bring

Bachelors degree in STEM or a master''s in niche technology streams10-12+ years in Technology and/or Architectural consultingExperience in architecture, software engineering, data, and analyticsExperience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated environmentsUnderstanding of EU work culture and languagesKnowledge of EU architectural mandates and toolsHands-on experience managing core projects and teamsSolid PMO experience and familiarity with agile methodologiesExperience developing enterprise architectures for large transformationsManagement of large transformation programs with tech enablementUnderstanding of components like data, AI, analytics, and their role in strategyKnowledge of cloud, on-prem, security infrastructureAbility to connect business processes to technology architectureAbility to articulate architecture principles and frameworksUnderstanding of RFPs, pricing, and consulting art-of-possibleLeadership and mentoring experience in teamsPassion for industry trends and emerging technologiesKnowledge of industry regulations in life sciences and healthcareStrong analytical, communication, and organizational skillsWillingness to travel and a self-starting attitudePerks and Benefits include health, financial planning, leave, growth, and development programs.
