Site Manager - Residential New BuildLocation: Bardney, Lincoln, LN3 Company: Barker Ross Construction Sector: Residential Construction / New Build Salary: Competitive - Dependent on ExperienceAbout the RoleBarker Ross Construction are currently recruiting for an experienced, motivated and self-sufficient Site Manager to work on an ongoing residential new-build development in Lincoln.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager who is confident managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring residential developments are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.The development consists of multiple phases, with several properties already completed and occupied, further plots progressing through construction and additional phases planned.Ideally, candidates will hold a Telehandler Operator''s licence or be willing to undertake the relevant training.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.Coordinate site health and safety, including inspections, risk assessments and maintaining site compliance.Liaise with head office, NHBC inspectors, local authorities and other relevant stakeholders.Ensure all required NHBC inspections are completed at the appropriate stages.Manage construction programmes in line with agreed budgets, forecasts and deadlines.Coordinate subcontractors, groundworkers and site operatives to maintain progress. ..... full job details .....
