Large Format Print Supervisor (Night Shift) Monday-Friday Night St Neots, Cambridgeshire The Large Format Production Supervisor is responsible for leading the shift team to execute the Production Schedule efficiently. This role balances "hands-on" production work with the oversight of team performance, ensuring all bespoke products meet rigorous quality standards and customer deadlines. The Supervisor acts as the first point of contact for technical issues and is the final gatekeeper for Quality Control. The Role Leadership and Supervisory Responsibilities Leading and motivating the Bespoke team on shift to ensure daily targets are met. Monitoring the production schedule in real-time, reassigning tasks as needed to prevent bottlenecks and ensure on-time delivery. Ensuring quality standards are met Supporting the development of operatives, ensuring they are competent in using machinery (Zund, Summa, Colorado) and following departmental SOPs. Communicating shift progress, output levels, and any personnel or technical issues to the Production Management team. General Production Responsibilities Troubleshooting technical issues with the Zund cutting machines, Summa Plotter, and Colorado Printer to minimize downtime. Ensuring all team members have the correct materials for their jobs and managing stock levels within the Bespoke department.
