The Role
As Customer Service Advisor - Special Language Speakers you will be supporting customers with travel-related queries including bookings, changes, and general enquiries. You''ll deliver outstanding customer service across phone, chat, and email, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care.

Location: Edinburgh (1 Lochrin Square)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: -26,800 + monthly incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, chat, and email in both German and English
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues from start to finish
• Work in a fast-paced call centre environment, managing multiple interactions at once
• Communicate clearly and confidently across all channels
• Meet and exceed KPIs and performance targets
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and processes

What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within a call centre
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) - essential
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats efficiently
• Comfortable working towards targets in a customer service environment
• Positive, adaptable, and eager to learn
