A leading not-for-profit care provider is seeking a dynamic Clinical Home Manager ( RGN / RMN ) to oversee a large care home, ensuring the highest standards of nursing and dementia care. What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience managing a large care home Active NMC PIN ( RGN / RMN )with extensive elderly/nursing care expertise Strong leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of CQC standards Exceptional communication and a passion for delivering high-quality care
