The firm is looking to recruit a high calibre corporate lawyer for its Birmingham office to work alongside a partner who deals almost exclusively with cross-border transactions and where deals valued into the billions are the norm. The firm is seeking a top-level corporate lawyer who is likely to come from a Tier 1 international firm, either in the Midlands or one of the other key legal hubs, or potentially a City lawyer with ties to the Birmingham area and who wants a role offering Magic Circle/US firm quality work without a regular commute into London. Prior experience of dealing with high value corporate MandA matters is a must, whilst private equity and/or growth capital knowledge would also be beneficial although not essential the firm s excellent training programme will get you up to speed in any areas where you might lack in-depth knowledge.
