You''ll be responsible for inspecting complex components using CMMs (Aberlink software) and a range of manual measuring tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GDandT, be confident generating inspection reports, and capable of working closely with engineering teams to ensure compliance with customer specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform dimensional and visual inspection of machined components using CMMs and manual tools (verniers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).Program and operate CMM equipment using Aberlink software.Interpret technical drawings and geometric tolerances.Work with a variety of materials including aluminium, steel, castings, and more.Generate and maintain inspection documentation including ISIRs, FAIRs, and Certificates of Conformity.Identify and report non-conformances, raising concessions where necessary.Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and customer ..... full job details .....
