This is a newly created role, introduced as a result of the organisation''s continued growth and expansion. Supporting a workforce of approximately 1,000 employees, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring managers receive expert HR guidance and employee relations support across a diverse range of services. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional with a strong background in employee relations, workplace investigations and employment law who is looking to make a genuine impact within a regulated care environment. Working within a Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulated environment, you will help ensure people management practices support safe, effective, and high-quality care by providing expert advice on complex employee relations matters, workplace investigations, safeguarding responsibilities, and regulatory compliance.
